Monday through Friday except the following holidays With the exception of the 3rd Street ramp, all ramps have indoor connections to adjacent office buildings, retailing, hotels, and banks. Ramp 6 is now available to serve your trips, as well. For longer shopping trips, the 2nd Street, Center Street, Civic Center, 3rd Street, and 1st Street Ramps provide pleasant, close-in, covered parking. Your short-term parking needs are met with 90-minute, on-street parking, on-street metered spaces and off-street metered lots.
